I am on windows but I suggest making a new folder and put the file in that folder. Then extract the file (search online if you don't know how). Then hit the one marked as application!

alright thinks for the clarification, I will be downloading opening it now. 

So I downloaded it on windows 64bit and once I extracted it all and I went to click on the game and my smartscreen says it will put my pc at risk. Do I trust this?
